LTG made a beginning in the year 1999 became partnership firm in the year 2006 as LTG constructions, later the company as registered with registrar of companies Govt. of India as LTG Constructions Private Limited to function professionally and to have organised structure. Then the company name has been changed to LTG Projects Private Limited to expand its wings to be in the main stream of Infrastructure and Housing Sector. To meet the huge opportunities in the field of Infrastructure and housing sector globally the company decided to go public and converted as "LTG Consultancy Pvt Ltd" effect from 26/05/2016.

LTG is the fastest growing company headquartered in Bangalore with customers spread across the globe. LTG has a vision of providing Approved Housing, Infrastructure and Education. The company is currently implementing Housing and Infrastructure Projects which includes Townships, Villas, Apartments, Commercial Tower and Farm House across South India. The company is also planning to set up schools across Bangalore to facilitate easy Education facility for LTG customers.

The company has in-depth quality and system orientation and certified as ISO 9001-2008 later upgraded to ISO 9001-2015 and also the company is a member of "CREDAI" Bangalore. The Company is registered under the Directorate of Industries and commerce Govt. of Karnataka as Infrastructure Providers and also registered with Karnataka Public works Department.

We along with our associates, take construction of infrastructure Projects, such as Road, High Rise Buildings, Mass Housing, Treatment Plants etc. LTG along with its associates have completed many projects in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, and has all requisite equipments to execute infrastructure projects.

Our team and associates along with qualified advisors, architects, engineers, project managers and specialists bring industry best practices to infrastructure projects. In future endeavors, LTG is to focus on traditional infrastructure sectors – transportation, water and sanitation, energy and solid waste management.

LTG has successfully developed and completed 101.14 1/2 acres of Residential Township in association with L&C Builders and Developers, managed by LTG Consultancy Pvt Ltd which is a prestigious JV project with Karnataka Housing Board approved by Govt. of Karnataka recently, called "KHB —L& C Silicon City " which comprises of 23 lakh sq. ft ( Residential Plots, Apartments, and Commercial plots) of various dimensions of totally 1,296 plots of which 10% is reserved for EWS, 15% for LIG and remaining 75% for MIG and HIG categories which has obtained good response from aspirants of housing sector belongs to Banks, Public sector Companies, BSNL Housing Society and Corporate World. This project is near Wonderla on Mysore road. It is a Mega Township with the complete Infrastructure in place. This project is another Milestone in the way of providing Infrastructure facilities by LTG.

LTG as constructed as commercial complex in the outer ring road including firefighting system, lefts, outside Glazing work etc.

LTG is developing the integrated township called "LTG-BRV e-city" GREEN WOOD in association with bidadi reality ventures near Eagelton golf township off mysore road in an area of 100 acres comprising residential plots, villas and commercial complexes, exclusively for karnataka BSNL officers and others housing co-operative society media and friends housing co-operational society and LTG housing cooperative society.
